PRINCETON CLASS 1989's 20th REUNIONS MAY 28th-31st, 2009 HOUSING OPTIONS NEAR PRINCETON UNIVERSITY

On-Campus Housing. On-campus housing is available on a first-registered, first-served basis, in and around the Dodge-Osborn Courtyard of Wilson College. You must request and pay for on-campus housing as part of the online registration process. You will be charged per bed regardless of length of stay. When there are no longer rooms available on campus, you will be put on a waiting list and notified if a room becomes available, but you should make alternative arrangements. ON-CAMPUS ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT

Princeton Theological Seminary. We have reserved rooms a short walk from our headquarters at the Princeton Theological Seminary, where only single beds in single rooms are available. As with on-campus housing, you are charged per bed regardless of length of stay, and are available on a first-registered, first-served basis. THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT

Hotel Rooms. We have reserved blocks of rooms at several area hotels that are offering group rates for a limited time. The hotels where we have blocks of rooms available are listed below. A free Reunions shuttle serves all of the area hotels listed below at scheduled times.

Please note: On-campus and Princeton Theological Seminary housing is available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Checkout is required early Sunday morning.

Roommate requests: If you would like to room with someone in particular, please fill in the name of your desired roommate in the appropriate space at registration. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but cannot promise that we'll be able to honor all of them.

Surprise roommates: Please note that regardless of where your housing is, if you buy one bed in a room we will assign someone to the other bed. We will need to fill all open beds to accommodate all of the requests that we anticipate.

Linens: All "on campus" housing comes with a bare bones set of sheets, pillow and towels. We recommend that you bring blankets, pillows and any other more comfortable items from home. Additionally, in case you've forgotten the good ’ole days, all campus housing features communal bathrooms, usually a short walk from the room.

Children: If you plan to stay on campus with children, please bring or buy locally an air mattress or cot so that they can share a room with you or an older sibling. There is tremendous demand for beds and we want to accommodate as many classmates as we possibly can. We are asking all families to use space efficiently so that we can make the most of our scarce housing resources. There is no charge for children staying in a room with you on an air mattress or cot.

Advance Warning: Please bring three extra checks with you. You will have to leave separate checks at the time of registration to cover security deposits for your room keys and linens.

Class of 1989 Reservations At Area Hotels. The following hotels and inns have blocks of rooms reserved (150 total) for the Class of 1989. You need to make your own reservations. Each hotel has its own deadlines for making reservations and cancellation policies, many of which are outlined below.

Check with the individual hotels to learn of their specific reservation and cancellation policies and tell them you’re with the Princeton Class of 1989. Since reunions are obviously an incredibly busy week for all hotels in the area, their cancellation policies have become increasingly strict.

In most cases, you will need to pay in full at the time of reservation and your charges are non-cancellable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Also, please note: all of the hotels listed below are serviced by the University Reunions Hotel Busing Service so shuttles are available to and from the hotels and University at scheduled times.
